bad company their only target : taking money my last order is 2 items one without discount code . and other one with discount code . and i paid for them first one arrived on time . then they send a text message that they cancel my order . and when i contact with them they told me that they cancel any order with discount code becz of a problem in system. problem in system is the responsibility of company not the customer. u havn't the right to cancel my order after paying it.one star is too much.

Jan 2025: the app is not working and keeps saying network connectivity issues. I check and rechecked with different network connections, didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled too, no luck. Changing my rating only to see if they actually notice it, but until then lowering the rating.

The new update does not support entering the transaction number for claiming the nuhdeek points. I try to scan multiple times, but it does not recognize the bar code. التحديث الجديد لا يدعم ادخال رقم المعاملة للحصول على نقاط نهديك احاول مسحه اكثر من مرة ولا يتعرف على الباركود
