So far so good with caveats. A fifty cent little patch on the index finger of my gloves would have allowed me to use my phone without taking my glove off. Now, it's all fine that Clim8 will take it up with d&d, that doesn't help me now. Allow for in app purchases. Batteries, charging cables should be readily accessible. Bigger sizes. I could have used a 2xl. The good: warm and dry. Good on Batteries. Don't know why but I love that light on the outside of the glove. Very well made.

Season Heat St not recognised, can not connect it. My brother has the same gloves and was working fine so I know how to pair them. In the app, ask to scan the QR code. After that you suppose to reach costumer service but you cannot contact them. Now I have to send the gloves back to seller (brand new btw).

As of 2025 this app is TERRIBLE!! I've tried downloading it on 2 iPhones and now this android and it keeps doing the same thing on each one. Once you agree to the notifications and accept the terms to finalize your account it takes you back to the gender question. It's so stupid people are cold and can't use the Carhartt vest due to the company relying on a stupid app that doesn't work. Like why isn't it pre set with heat levels no app needed for issues like this 👎👎👎Waste of $200
