I'll admit since I wrote my last review this app was improved and had gained basic functionality UNTILL December 2022, now its a mess again. Doesn't load on some of my phones, and is a hassle to use on the phone that can actually run this. (2024) app now loads on all my phones(s21,s22ultra), but that's where the good ends, randomly logs out, removed the ability to input numbers to the make your own package, the slider is finicky as hell, good luck selecting what you want with that.

This app is one thing thats keeping me on ooredoo network. Great support and helpful features. Make everything so convenient.. šš½ but, should improve the issue of getting logged out after update. And should be able to use app without using data.

I tried paying for my bill for over one hour. I had to reinstall the app. And eve after installing it was so lagging. After paying the app said the pahmwnt didnt go through and to try again. So like a fool i tried again. For the second tine also, it said to try again because it did not receive the payment. This time i checked my bank account and saw that the amoubt was deducted twice. I contacted bank of maldives and they told me that i was charged twice. I tried to contact ooredoo but
