I have used their app in the past and today as well. Not so user friendly, the check in process is slow, inefficient and when u book seat it doesn't select the seats u chose when u checkout. I had to book my seats 3 times. Second time I had an issue checking inn online through the app. Emirates has a better app interface and it's user friendly. Also I don't use Twitter, Facebook and Instagram

Bad experience with the app and the business class. Luggage damaged, the app is useless in case of need, the airplanes are old, small, the staff doesn't keep the business class cabin clean and the ground personnel is not trained well enough. Never again for me also because it was not a single time experience...this happened on all the flights that I was on ... except for the last time that my suitcase (priority) was destroyed with nobody of the airline available to help. Business class?

The worst app i have ever seen in my entire life even a college student can make a better functional app then Etihad. Such an embarrassment. Laggy and non functional app it simply doesn't work, it crashes like that was the main functionality that this app had: crashing. And when it works it cant even load ita graphics. Just pathetic. Samsung 23 Ultra OS: oneUI 6.1 - Android 14 App version: 6.7.0 Problem: keeps crashing whenever u click om checkin and doesn’t load graphics at seat selection
