I dont understand what is the exact problem with this application? I'm not able to open this app, it's like almost everything day, this application doesn't function smoothly. I uninstalled and reinstalled this app many times yet it didn't worked, i also updated it as well bt same no difference. It's really annoying to face this problem everyday.

The app keeps redirecting me to subscribe even when I have done so. I have not been able to access my wallet neither can I do anything else. I have installed it several times and the app is the latest version. Please how do I fix this.

I made the payment through one of the options provided which was successful and an invoice send to my email but i have not been able to access the courses rather if i click it will take me back to purchase again what is happening and what do i do please?
