Here's a new wrinkle! I stopped playback, CLOSED THE APP, and it started playing 10 seconds later. I had to go kill it via app info because it wasn't running, it was just playing back. Folks, this has been a problem for months at least. Please fix it. All settings I can find wrt auto play were shut off long ago.

Years ago Emby was a pretty solid media server. They've really destroyed a lot though and have been moving backwards for the last couple of years. Without even getting into the server issues, this new "unified" Android app that they've been trying to push on people is the final nail in the coffin. Its mobile-first approach leaves big screen users behind, and the whole thing just feels jittery and poorly made when navigating on Android TV. It's a huge step backwards and only getting worse.

I've now paid for this subscription, because this is a fantastically well made app, service, and system, but I can't seem to get my premium key from anywhere. The app has a feedback loop of user flow for getting or retrieving your key, and it's now saying you've already paid, but I never got an email with a key, and there's no way to get your key from within the app. I'm not sure if I have to wait long or what but I do hope it eventually comes.
