Good maps, clumsy operation: Finding foodpaths using MAPS.ME anywhere in the world is/was one of the extremely valuable features of this app. Although there is no distinguishing between public of privat paths.(-1) What I absolutely do not understand is why zooming in on a 2D map in turn by turn navigation mode becomes 3D at the last zoom stage. Horrible! How this can be helpful for some users is absolutely a mystery to me.(-1) And incomplete Android Auto support, no route on maps in dashboard!l

Used to love this app. Especially for hiking and navigation. However, for some time this app has been going downhill in becoming more and more cluttered. Now that they have introduced restrictions on things that used to be free (e.g., the number of maps one is allowed to download), it's time for me to move on to a different app. Organic Maps, which is a fork of the original MAPS.ME before it started to clutter and monetize everything, is a much better app. It's also completely free!

Daily user here for a decade. What the heck??? There already ARE plenty of totally useless map apps! Please revert back to the previous version completely, including the bugs, and never ever touch it again... Literally NOTHING works anymore in the new update for hiking, cycling, etcetera. I'm glad your team finds it a better version, but this way there won't be a single user left at the end of the year.
