It's easier to read comics in the app, but it's harder to find them. For example, half of my subscribed items do not show up in the app. Also, when I search for a comic most of the time it only shows me the introduction/free sample. If I want to read/subscribe to the whole thing, I have to go the website and buy it there first. Even then, it rarely shows up in my subscribed list, so I have to find it via my purchases or just use the webpage version instead. Super annoying.

Saw an ad for this on insta. The story looked interesting so started reading it. Quickly had to pay for coins to progress. No explanation for how the coin currency worked; the assumption being u buy coins, u unlock chapters. After the 1st purchase, the price of coins is RIDICULOUS. Made more confusing by the injection of other types of coin currencies to obfuscate the insane cost to continue reading. There are much better apps out there that dont drain your wallet or try to trick u.

Customer support is useless. I've sent five tickets now asking for help (with purchased coins not showing up) as well as two emails. And I've tried to contact them several times on social media too. All i'm getting in turn is complete radio silence. Not to be a Karen, but this is quite annoying to deal with. I'd like at least some communication, but there's literally zero of that. Useless.
