Booked a place at a restaurant in Porto with a Summer Festival offer. The dinner was amazing, but only when it was time to pay the restaurant said the offer was not available and it was a mistake from The Fork. After looking online and at reviews, many other people have experienced the same. The app is nice for finding restaurant pretty quickly but do not book it from the app and don't use any offers, since you will be dissapointed when it is time to pay the bill, just like I was.

Been trying to do a reservation for 2 days. Not possible because the app doesn't allow me to confirm my phone number. Spent the whole day with multiple people from support, having to explain the same problem over and over again without a solution, even when they said the problem was solved and that a reinstall of the software would do the trick. Really can't recommend the app or the support.

The app works well, however it may be difficult to spend the accumulated points (yums), since very few restaurants are accepting these yums. Usually the restaurants accepting yums are of average/low quality, based on the customers' reviews. This leaves the app users with the question why use The Fork since the loyalty points are close to being useless. If it's just for booking a restaurant then Google Maps has more to offer.
