The Jabra Sound+ app is the perfect companion for your Jabra headphones – adding extra features and enabling you to personalize the way you use your Jabra headphones.

An app experience that’s made for you
Today we use our headphones more than ever, and in very different environments – at work, on the train, working out, walking, driving, and more. To perform optimally, your headset may need different settings activated for each of these situations.
For this purpose, we created “Moments” – predefined configurations to suit different moments of your day. All the Moments are customizable to cover your unique preferences, and with future updates.

With a single touch instantly access your phone’s voice assistant, directly from your headphones.

Personalize your music
Customize your sound with the music equalizer. Choose a predefined setting or fine-tune your audio using the 5-band equalizer.

SmartSound - automatically adapts your headset to your surroundings
SmartSound analyzes your sound environment and automatically applies your personalized audio using Moments in Sound+. **

ANC for blocking ambient noise

I have a Samsung Note 4 and less than 2 years ago I bought the Jabra active 65T earbuds. They worked fine until 2 weeks ago. I could and can not get bluetooth connection anymore. First I thought my smartphone is defect but that was not the case since I can connect to other bluetooth devices in an instant. Than I discovered that the Jabra app disappeared from my phone. Very strange because I for sure did not deleted it. So I went to the Jabra website and saw there was a new app. But this app is not compatible anymore with my Note 4 which runs on the latest android OS version available (6.01) for this phone type. But Jabra advertised and still does advertise (I have a screen shot) that the earbuds are compatible with the Samsung Note 4. No talk about a particular OS version. Bottom line I can trough my 170 euro expensive still functional earbuds away since Jabra does not support Android OS 6.01 anymore. Really a shame. LESSON TAKEN never buy Jabra products because you can not use them anymore even before they get broken !!! I asked Jabra to send me the old app version and they told me they don't have it anymore, very strange !!!

I really like the head phones, but I have to major complaints: First of all, it is extremely annoying that I can only call with "hear through" on. I like to make phone calls on my bike and now that is practically impossible because I dont hear anything but the wind blowing in my microphones. Secondly, I don't like it that my music doesn't pause when I receive a phone call but instead continues silently. My music is simply too good to skip through.

Works well with my 85t's. Few annoyances: find my Jabra, It keeps running and running in the notification panel. Tried everything to fix it without results. You can't get rid of it, other than disabling notifications. Also, the widget in the notification panel that lets you change settings is poorly made, you only see half of it unless you expand the notification. Quite a shame, you buy premium earbuds for almost €200 but the premium experience is let down by a buggy app. Fix your stuff please.
