They just rolled out an update that desynced the rsa clock, so it's putting out codes that expire 15 seconds later, meaning half the time the app isn't even showing me a valid code. Despite my phone clock being perfectly synced with utc. Simultaneously it would appear the app also used to have a setting to trigger a time sync, because all the help in the help section for "my codes aren't working" talks about triggering a time sync. But, they removed that option from the settings. Nice...

This app is very convenient for managing authorizations. However, this app is very frustrating when it comes to managing the accounts. Due to the way we used to manage accounts (export from one device and import to another) I have a number of duplicates. Please add a sort feature to the list. This would make removing duplicates easier and also help finding an account.

Since version 7.0 codes often fail. The problem is that when Authenticator is brought back from the background, it often displays outdated codes. Workaround: systematically kill Authenticator after using it. Alternatively, whenever you open it, kill it and reopen it. If it was still in the background codes may change between before and after the kill even if the timer hasn't elapsed. Other bug: the item "Time correction for codes" in settings mentioned in the support page no longer exists.
