About this app

eufy Clean - Live Well. Live Smart. Control your Eufy smart home devices from anywhere.

You can also share Eufy smart home devices with family members, so everyone can set their own personal preferences for each device.

How to use eufy Clean:

- Registering your account: After downloading the app, create and register an account with your Email address. (Or directly log in with your EufyLife account)

- Adding devices: Open the eufy Clean app and follow the intuitive setup procedure to pair new devices with your smartphone. If a device has already been setup by another family member, you can request control access to operate that device from that family member.

- Using devices: After successfully pairing the new device, it will show up in the device list. Simply tap the icon you wish to use and start enjoying the Eufy smart home experience.

Have been using the eufy lumos white bulb for a few years and all of a sudden it doesn't work with google home anymore? It lost the ability to be controlled by voice etc. Google simply says it is offline. Removed and resetup the bulb but google home now says it cannot find a compatible device on this app. So frustrating. I suppose it's time to replace with a different product? Update: thanks for the response. The bulb has worked in this spot for years and the signal strength is great.

Map keeps getting deleted, removed, or updated without my consent. So based on recommendations from the developer, I enabled multi map and my map came back, but now the app can't control the unit. No still doesn't work. Told it to clean one room and went to a completely different room. Can't clear map, can't turn off multi map. X8 with Pixel 9 Pro Fold.

So far so good. Easy to setup and get going, but it seems to like going into areas that are marked no entry and getting stuck, needing to be rescued. This vac & mop needs full "offline" local control in Home Assistant so that it's usable when the internet goes down, as it doesn't work at all without talking to eufy internet servers. Home Assistant has mqtt control so it should be possible and would add a great option to prospective " smart home" buyers
