Had a hard time connecting the doorbell with the app. But managed somehow! Only I have to wait at least a minute before the app connects to the camera and most people left already by that time and it takes 2,5 minutes to open Events... could you speed it up? Also an option to mute the doorbell, or at least quiet it down if possible. It's very noisy. Otherwise, good job!

Features that I thought were basic require an expensive subscription. It does allow you to speak with people at the door, and that helps with package deliveries. Chat and Help features don't work. It is wireless and works well on apt door. Needs recharging weekly. Inexpensive price and not costly to maintain. The camera has a narrow viewpoint, and videos can not be viewed.

great value doorbell camera. bit slow to connect to the WiFi. just paid for the subscription service for a year to see how it goes. overall good experience however there is ads on the app which I don't agree with when you have a subscription service. easy set up. great value just not as robust as other doorbells but that I'd expected due to value
