Temu is a really good shopping zone. There are good, average, and poor quality items, as you'd expect, but there are also some excellent quality items available too. The customer service is excellent! If for any reason you need to return an item, or it arrives in poor shape or is poor quality..there's no quibbling, You are refunded. Overall, I've been very happy shopping on this app for almost two years and I've had excellent service.

I have been happy with all aspects of Temu. The quality of their products has been surprisingly very good, for the low cost. I especially am impressed with the professional quality of the overall way the app is run, on My phone, like ease of tracking and ordering. I can find literally anything I need on it. As an older adult, it helps when I do shopping.

Overall, the prices are good (if you know the value range of what you are shopping for) and shipping has been good. Not quite Prime fast, but reasonable and within the time frame Temu says to expect. My only quibble is with the "free gift" and coupon promotions. You can end up buying some items you thought you were getting free when you pick your "gifts", so read the rules carefully and check your cart well before you submit any orders.
