Ordered twice with Paypal payment option. Once with creditcard. Paypal did not work, since I paid, but go no confirmation. First Paypal try was refunded by customer support, 2nd refun was promised as well, but still didn't get that refund (now escalated to Paypal). Order was delivered fast once payment did go through with other payment option. Would not recommend using this app while Paypal integration is bad, and customer service is lacking.

Repeated payment fails and no order created (and nothing delivered). But each time the money was taken from my account >100 euro. Had to do line by line reconciliation with my bank account for them in a spreadsheet to get the money back (and did finally get it back). Now they spam me with offers, but when I tired to use one had been flagged as 'fraud'. How bloody ironic! If you have any payment failure at all, please check you bank account pronto! Their default seems to be to take the money when something goes wrong. And each time it happened to me, I did not get an email and no invoice/order number was created. Suggest you just use another app. Not worth the risk.

Terrible app. I used it 3 times and EVERY TIME the payment didnt come through the first time. I was charged, and in the app its written 'don't worry, we' ll refund you'. Well, this lrocess isnt exactly smooth. Its not done automatically. You have to text to support, and then required to send a screenshot from your bank (?), which you cant do on your phone. Support replyes within half hour. App doesnt notify about new message. The whole process is long and annoying. Needless to say, never again.
