Terrible app. Looks like they hardly do any testing or fixes. It asks me to login with id and birthday + otp everytime, then again asking me if I want to enable biometric login. Most the screens extend to above the camera bar on my pixel at the top. Meaning I cannot use any of the buttons. Overlay help screen just shows a blank screen half the time, and then I can't close it. Always promoting other areas of insurance, all I want to see is my health policies which I am subscribed too.

Cheating service. Despite the claim being processed and settled, as reflected on your website, we have yet to receive the payment. It has been more than one month since the claim has been processed. No medical reimbursement received so far. This is cheating

it's a marketplace, not a health insurance application, and if working properly, it will be ok, but make it marketplace with poor services across combined with slowness, errors all over, and no response is a complete source of customer dissatisfaction !!!
