I have been playing this game very happily for several years and had gone through lots of levels. And reached VIP silver status working towards gold, tons of power ups anf other game tools achieved. As I was playing last night the screen went blank, the game rebooted and when it came back I was at level zero, lost everything. It's just a game but this is a serious bummer. I don't feel like starting over and this should be a warning to anyone else that plays...

I've been playing this since 2013.....I wish it was the same as it was back then ie no ads, no crashes, no glitches, no "video failed to play", no restarting the app automatically mid game play. Back then there were no problems with this app. I love this game but my goodness, it's getting so frustrating just to play a level without crashing or ads, or phone restarting etc etc. How things have changed......

I have been playing this game for years and liked it the best of all games I play. Recently, after we got our new phones, I lost the app and all accumulated levels. Downloaded it again but had to start at level 1. Today, when I began a game, I found I can't get beyond a "crystal" popup that freezes the game. I am beyond frustrated. Can you get rid of the crystal notification overlay, or shall I just forget about this game?
