It has been a long time since I am using this app but and the Mercedes me. Everytime I update with a hope that the problems has been fixed but in vain. It never continuously shows all the details. Sometimes it does not not display the guarantee, sometimes it does not display mobilo status. In between it shows everything for couple of days and then again the same. On computer you see all the details at the same time. Plus on service menu, it does not tell which service is the next.

The app is useless. Booked a recall service from their sent mail, all good. Until they call me back to reschedule the appointment, it showed free time slots and was scheduled in the wrong department-at least in the proper town. Could have saved myself the smartphone fiddling and call directly, old-school.

Good app but could be better IF 1. there is an option to change language to English (disclaimers are already in English so why not a little more), and 2. ability to automatically pre-select preferred service partner when scheduling for service.

The Service app takes the current language setting your phone is using, for your second point regarding the service partner we will pass this on to our app development team.
