The customer support features are disappointing. The chatbot frequently freezes, doesn’t respond, and doesn’t allow the conversation to be concluded. The support button for reimbursements is ineffective, with no action when clicked. Additionally, emails sent to support remain unanswered. It’s a distressing experience, particularly given the context of significant financial reimbursements. I hope this is fixed quickly.

Login doesn't work with biometrics. I enabled them in the settings, first time loginng in with biometrics it works, after that no longer works. To make things worse, it asks for the fingerprint and then for the password...useless. To make things even worse now I can't even disable biometrics in the settings, I touch to disable, it asks for the fingerprint, it reads the fingerprint and nothing happens.... Useless... (update 2) spoke too soon, still doesn't work even after update

The login experience is terrible. The app is not recognized on Samsung password manager and so i have to re login every time. On top of it biometrics doesnt work at all and bugs out every time I try to set it up. this was on my S8+ and yes my biometrics work on every other app. Also there should be way to quickly preview our balance without login in like so many other apps.
