About this app

Airbuds is a widget for best friends to share their listening activity.

You and your friends can see what each other are listening to right on your home screens.

You can react to songs, play music on the app, and start a conversation.

It makes you feel closer to your friends through the music they’re listening to at any moment.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Sign up with Spotify and add the widget to your home screen
2. See what your friends are listening to
3. React to songs, play music on the app, and start a convo.

It's a fun app. You can view and react to your friends' songs. You can ask questions and view stats. I would rate it 5 stars, but there is a really annoying bug where I can't answer my friends' questions or react to songs (it disappears after I exit out of it). Which is really annoying because that's like the main purpose of the app. Also, I don't like how you have to invite a friend via messages to unlock features. But if u don't get the bug, the app is pretty good if you like music.

it is really fun getting to see what my friends listen to on a daily basis. I also really enjoyed this year's air buds recap thing it was so interesting. I would say though, if you do not have like the widget for air buds, then the app is quite useless bc then you would just forget about it, but with the widget, you're able to see real time what everyone is listening to.

Where do I start? If you value aesthetic more than actual statistics, you can use this, but it never tracks every song you listen to. You can still get a general idea of someone's taste in music, and you can add favorite songs to your profile, but it won't show you accurate minutes or streaming history. If you want real statistics, try using Stats.fm. They have a premium membership, but it's a lifetime purchase. I'm proud of how much I listen to music, and this app doesn't deliver.
