Braille Skate

It is cool and has alot of potential, but it feels a bit clunky. If I tab out, I come back and it says no connection. The map is slow and feels kind of useless, I had to hunt for the place to put the tricks ive learned, and it is inaccurate for last checked in (I.E., Ricky Glaser last posted a video in late 2021 on the app, but his last check in was 4 years ago). The app is helpful and usable, it really just needs a quality of life update.

I really wanted to like this app because I thought having an app to track my progress would he cool, kinda like a Fitbit for skateboarding. But it crashes when I try to do anything. I select a trick to view and the app closes. The map freezes up my phone when it's being generated and does appear for ages. Then when it does display zooming or moving the map takes forever because of lag. Only thing I managed to do was make a username. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't help. :(

It appears they need to work on the android version of the app. I really like braille but I won't give 5 stars just because I like their videos. I'll update my rating when the app gets fixed as it's pretty much unusable right now. Edit: the problem was with the servers and it appears to be solved. The app feels like it has allot of potential. Haven't tried the + yet but to have all the tricks listed and having a dedicated button to learn a trick you don't know yet it's amazing! :)
