A pain to set up when switching phones. I could disable 2FA from the web, but upon re-anabling it, it still expected a code from my old phone. What if my old phone hadn't worked anymore or if I had removed the app? If you have Firefox as your default browser, then the app will also fail to log you in. Temporarily switching to Chrome as your default fixes it. Unbelievable how this issue has been known for a while now. I can also only view the authenticator, the rest of the app doesn't show up.

It's been stuck in a 'Connecting' loop for the past month at least. The app has been updated, the caches cleared, logged out and back in, uninstalled and re-installed, tried on cellular data and multiple wifi sources, I've tried it being the only app actively running - even contacted support and nothing. Would be nice to be able to use this again for seeing my online friends and for whispers, but no.

This app is severely lacking compared to the desktop version. It wouldn't authenticate properly to begin with until the authenticator was removed and reinstated from my account. Now the app is showing 1/2 the pages in Chinese. Customer service stated to reset the computer's router" to fix the app on my mobile phone or "remove and re-install the app in English" to which there is no option to do so. If you can get it to work, great. Otherwise steer clear.
