Network Service is fairly decent, but Zain offers cheaper options. STC customer care needs significant improvement—it's super slow and inefficient. The surveys also seem fake and manipulated. Hope the management addresses these issues.

The wrost service ever experienced, they terminated my sim card by no reason and issue was unsolved after visiting many customer care center and many customer care calls to call centers, they simply say sorry and problem solved no one is there to understand and solve the issue , very unprofessional way to talk to the customer, I have made biggest mistake by choosing STC and never gon a repeat it again , very bad behavior of airport outlet staff, they don't intend to solve the problem.

Out of sheer curiosity, I downloaded the Saudi STC app, i was blown away by the extensive services they offer and the impressive variety of devices available. but with STC Bahrain, the only options are iPhones and Samsungs. It’s a blatant monopoly that forces customers to settle for brands they may not even use! Whoever is running operations here needs to be questioned or fired immediately! After a decade of loyalty, I’m done. I’m switching to another operator that actually values its customer!
