About this app

PNB ONE is an amalgamation of various banking processes being delivered through single platform. PNB ONE mobile banking app is an all in one application which allows you to transfer funds, view account statement, invest in term deposits, manage debit card & credit card and many other exclusive services at your fingertips.
Note:- PNB ONE is official mobile banking application of Punjab National Bank. This application provides access to PNB banking services across all operators.
Services Available / Features of PNB ONE Mobile Banking App.
Interactive Interface:-
• Redesigned dashboard with more features available on the dashboard.
• Access all the accounts on the dashboard itself.

Accounts:-
• All accounts will be displayed in illustrative manner. ( Savings, Deposits, Loan, Overdraft, Current).
• Detailed view of account statement.
• Check Balances.

Transfer Funds:-
Regular Transfers
• “Self” (for own accounts), “Within” (for PNB accounts) & “Other” (for non-pnb accounts) will be there.
• NEFT/IMPS/UPI for Interbank fund transfers.
Instant Transfers (without adding beneficiary).
• IMPS using MMID.
• Quick Transfer without adding beneficiary.
Indo- Nepal Remittance.

Invest funds:-
• Open a term deposit account.
• Mutual Funds.
• Insurance.

Transactions:-
• My transactions will display all the recent transactions.
• My Favorite Payee will show list of recent payees.
• Schedule a transaction.
• Recurring transactions.

Safe and secure:-
• Sign in much faster and simpler with your fingerprint.
• 2 factor authentication.
• Encryption.

Manage Debit Card:-
• Apply for a new card.
• Update limits of ATM withdrawal, POS/ E-Comm transaction.
• Hotlist debit card.

Manage Credit Card:-
• Link/De link Credit Card.
• Auto Payment Registration.
• Auto Payment De-Registration.
• Change card limit.
• Statement on e-mail.
• Damaged card replacement.

Unified Payment Interface (UPI):-
• Send/ Collect money through UPI.
• Transaction History.
• Complaint Management.
• User Deregistration.

Scan & Pay (BHARAT QR):-
• Make Payment by scanning QR directly.
• Link your cards once and make the payment directly from the account.

Pay Bills/Recharge:-
• Register your biller pertaining to Mutual find, Insurance, Telecom, Electricity, DTH, credit card etc.
• Pay bills directly to your registered biller.

Languages:-
• Available in English and Hindi.

Cheques:-
• Inquire Cheque Status.
• Stop Cheque.

M-Passbook:-
• View account statement of account.
• Download account statement in PDF for offline purposes.

Favourites:-
• Customer can add/delete most frequently used functionalities as favourite.

The app doesn't work at all. Doesn't matter how many times I try to re-login it gives the same error each time I am trying to use any of it's functions. Only transaction history and balance inquiries work except that nothing works ever. Initially I thought maybe it is still in developing process and they will clear the bugs with time but nope nothing has changed for over 1 year. Why bother with something if you don't want people to actually use it!

I had written this comment originally 2 years ago and I have to say that this app has gone even further downhill from what it was. It's not just a very poor app with a bad user interface, it's actually one of the worst I've ever seen. Cannot proceed further from the main menu, no matter what I try to open. Be it transfer amount, be it to check your balance. Despite waiting for so long, it just keeps buffering.

"I have been using the PNB app for a while now, and it offers a decent banking experience. The interface is user-friendly, and most essential services are accessible, such as balance inquiries, fund transfers, and bill payments. However, the app could use some improvements in terms of speed and responsiveness, especially during peak hours. What’s new

1. Single journey Demat and Trading account opening where user can place the request for opening Demat or trading account with different trading partners.
2. Online SSA opening user can open Sukanya Samriddhi account online through Pnb One.
3. Concept of RM /or VRM here HN1 customer is allocated with one RM/VRM for availing banking services seamlessly.
