In the beginning, after finding the combination of sounds that I found soothing, it took a little while for me get drowsy and fall asleep. Even when I would wake up in the middle of the night, It took a little while to fall back asleep. But I kept listening, every night, and after about 1½-2 weeks, I found myself getting sleepy and falling asleep faster and sleeping through the night. Not waking up throughout the night is incredible! This app has been amazing in pretty much curing my insomnia.

I am impressed by the melodic and timely merging of a range of noises. The ability to move different sounds from the background to the front and anywhere in between is a pleasant option which can alter the overall effect without impairing the experience. It is now two months since I wrote the first paragraph. I continue to have sleep difficulty every night. Most of my sleep is broken into 2 hour blocks. Playing music with sax, piano, flute and violin helps me greatly to return to sleep.

I use these kinds of apps to help me sleep, ans the actaul sound son this one seem to be much more inviting than most other apps, but I simply cannot get to sleep with the skip, I end up focusing on the sound for the sake of waiting on that skip and it defeats the purpos
