had a bug with creating PIN, says not to enter simple PINs like 1111 or 1234, my PIN was nothing like those. Then couldn't log back in as none of my PINs worked, with no way to reset PIN because they require your bank account number of which I don't have because my account isn't even created. No way to contact support through the app without first logging in. Not gonna ring up as a new customer because just not worth the hassle. Terrible experience

When resetting your PIN you need to add the last 4 digits of your personal bank account number, not the Plum account number.
Linking your bank account precedes setting your PIN, which indicates that a bank account must have been linked.
