You are not able to understand what the customer is asking, you do not meet the requirements, and the employees who check the identity documents are not able to do this, they are not able to identify if the document is fake or not, I the person with the legal documents was refused to open the account, the worst quality of verification, you don't even make an effort to answer my request, I'm very disappointed, if there were numbers like this I would give them -100 stars.
