Local Backup Option: Truecaller is an excellent app, but I have a suggestion to improve backup management. Currently, backups are stored in cloud services like Google Drive. However, users may lose access to backups due to issues like forgotten email credentials or connectivity problems. I suggest adding an option to download backups as local files. This would allow users to save their backups on internal storage or SD cards and import them easily when needed. It w

I'm seriously disappointed. I've been using truecaller for YEARS now as my primary calling app. I've never had a pain with ads as I know the app is free, and that's how revenue is made on a free app, and I never went premium as the ads banner didn't bother me. BUT POP-UP ADS!!!??? ARE YOU SERIOUS!? So now, before you can make an urgent/emergency call, you first have to sit through two ads about some game. This is ridiculous!

I love Truecaller, I don't mind the ads, but the mandatory video Ads are really annoying. Otherwise, 5 stars. I had the premium version but downgraded to basic because Oppo can't use Truecaller Family. Now every time I click on a profile and try to go to their Whatsapp chat, it plays a video Ad that you can't close. It's really uncalled for. You play Ads constantly throughout the app. When I am in a rush to open a chat quickly, then I have to watch a video Ad first?? What if it's an emergency?
