If you want support you have to pay for a monthly subscription so in the end you're not saving money. These people just want to profit of people that are going through a hard time. (Other apps are exactly the same just a different layout). Just give ads instead of asking to pay an insane amount of money. (Update) You're saying you're cheaper than others but you're still expensive. Thats Also why i suggested ads instead of a subscription. You just want easy money of addicted people. Very sad

We offer 24/7 support from our stop smoking advisors and the monthly subscription helps us to pay them a wage. The amount we charge for this unlimited monthly support is pretty low compared to other services. We also offer lots of great free features too, many users don't pay us anything. Really sorry the app didn't work out for you. All the best.

The only thing I could possibly say is negative, depends on the person really. The app sends notifications and I had to shut those off because inevitably, I will be distracted from thinking about smoking and the app, although meant to be encouraging, does remind me about smoking. The second thing I do wish it had, was the ability to change the stats when you slip up or are using nicotine replacement. It will show "nicotine free" when you are not. Smoke free vs. nicotine free.

I am 2 years and 5 months in, and I recommend this app to every smoker I know who is ready to quit. Doing the pre-work made ALL of this difference, and the goals to help get through the worst of it was so helpful. I paid for the full version, but not the subscription. You still have to do the work to quit, but this helps you along the way.
