I had been using blu since last year. I never faced any issues, but recently the app is more buggy than ever. I am unable to schedule a ride from my home, it just says to switch to intercity ride. When I connect with the customer agent, he told me that neither can he fix the issue nor can he schedule a cab for me from his end. It's so frustrating.

Blusmart is a great app. Way better than ola and uber. I have always navigated through a tough situation by using blusmart. It offers a lot of comfort to its customers. It has customer friendly fares, very comfortable and clean EV cars which also contribute to the environment and the major point I like about it is it has well behaved cab drivers. Love the way they are managing it. Thankyou so much.

Terrible Premium Service Booked a premium cab for an airport drop at 2:00 am, but it never arrived on time. The app has no customer care number, only slow chat support with vague replies. Refund processing lacks a clear timeline and was sent to the app wallet instead of my account, leaving me stranded. I had to book another cab at extra cost and barely made my flight. This service is unreliable and unprofessional—avoid it for critical trips!
