MyICA Mobile App (1) provides a one-stop platform for Singapore residents and foreign visitors to transact with ICA conveniently. The features include:

App worked well for 3 of us in the travel group but another had issue going through immigration because the app can scan your passport number but instead of a zero being automatically filled, it was the letter O. So we were scratching our heads why we couldn't let in, and officer was not helpful only saying something is wrong. Awareness of this flaw with character recognition should be advised to staff and users of the app. Be aware if you have zero or letter O in your passport ID.

When we scanned the passport, it entered the wrong passport details as the letter was changed resulting to not detecting SGAC. There is still opportunity to fix issues with the app. Thanks. Still, it is very convenient.

It's good, but could you not release new updates without warning and then force us to update before we can use it? I can literally check today and no updates, then tomorrow I need to update before I can submit my arrival card. At least have an overlap period where we can submit the card and update after that.
