If you're looking for an AR project-your-own-sketch app, this ain't it. The functionality is there, but before I even got the sketch to properly lock on to the paper in AR the premium subscription paywall ended the session. The premium subscription covers everything: basic sketching, a vast library of courses, progress tracking... It's all or nothing. So if, like me, you're only interested in the basic functionality of using your own sketches, you'll be paying far too much.

Great. since I have the Powered by Google stylus I have found some fun things to do with using the pen as a stylus for my brain as I can muse it into perfection and wow it's great to use. With many different ways to choose in color and pixel I can now to audience style drawings and send to Google without making any money from it and build all types of apps with stylus of Google.

The concept is great, the canvas is very resistant to rotating or zooming in, there's no saving while you're in the middle of a sketch, the app crashed halfway through the coloring portion of the first test and completely reset all my work. If all that stuff was fixed I'd happily pay for this app. Currently unusable due to those issues however.

We’re introducing the Creative Activity Score (CAS), displayed in profiles and visible to all. It reflects your Sketchar activity. To increase it: draw more, use AR, complete lessons, view, and like others’ work. This system values your creativity over likes and views.
