This little gem has been my primary 'goto' short form time waster for many years. As soon as I acquire a new device, either this or its brother app, the 'epic' version gets installed and continues to provide me with a near perfect experience. There are plenty of boards, tables, and piece designs that are plentiful, and the music is calming. Just download. You can't go wrong.

I am really enjoying this game, I have played a number of mahjong apps and this is my favorite for a few reasons. I like how the tiles that aren't available are grayed out. When I got to the end of one board I was left with 2 tiles stacked on top of one another. It automatically reorganized them because it was unsolvable. The tiles are nice and the game play is smooth.

Very simple mahjong game. You can change the tiles and the background, there's a daily board and then there's about 2000 free boards. You can get stars for completing it in a reasonable amount of time or without using a hint, but it doesn't feel competitive or stressy. No in game currencies, no cash grabs, no subscriptions, just £3 to remove ads if you want, but it's totally playable with ads (one every few levels). Perfect relaxing game.
