Absolutely the worst "loyalty" program that I was part of. They don't even know what loyalty means. Cheating on you with the prices whenever possible. You get a confirmation of reservation, but figure at the check-in date that it was cancelled without any notification to you. Or higher price than any third-party booking sites. Very disappointing customer service

The app is a advancing backward. From able to see alternative dates and rates, now you can't. Accor Plus itself is a garbage program. The membership that you paid value less than what you paid. No free rooms with the value that you paid as promised by the sales or in the brochures. It would cover lower values, so less point. The price is also only slightly lower from online sites, which did not justify to pay for the membership. Do not buy the membership, it's a waste of your dollars by large.

I paid 99e to upgrade my membership to the ALL plus because of the 15%. Come to find out there's no app support for it. I have to log-in to their actual website to put my membership number, and I'm not even clear on whether the rates displayed have a 15% discount applied or not. I feel ripped off.
