When it comes to withdrawing, I had to watch multiple YT vids about the process which was poorly explained, if at all. After all that, I had to go through the same loop of trying to connect my bank account 3 times in a row before it eventually connected. Each time, something would change slightly but still require all the same steps be completed again. until it finally worked... What a terrible user experience and UI. Any app that makes it this hard to get your money back isn't worth your time.

One of the worst platform. The high fees when buying and selling will rip you off. Other exchanges are far better. Not sure why I installed this App. The buying price will always be higher than the actual price. The selling price will always be much lower than the actual price. You will loss money for sure. Stay away. Look for other exchanges. Much better, much cheaper.

When I first got the app, I ended up losing $500, with the up down options because the fact that the app would not operate at optimal speeds letting me cash my options out before they drop too much. The apps speed and use has become increasingly worse. I'm just trying to get my money back out so I can drop the app... Hell I even tried to buy the Trump coin at $20 and by the time the app actually got through the process it was at $28, talk about frustrating. I've Used Live Chat To No Avail.
