The customer service provided by the Woofz team is top notch. I recently had an issue where my intense training program reset itself. Sadly I do have to start from scratch but, their support team continued to communicate with me even when there was no real update on my issue. It was nice to have that constant communication, to know they were still working on my issue and that I was not forgotten was a nice feeling even during a frustrating time. Thank you again guys, 5 well earned stars!

the content was average for the price. I stopped using it early in the trial and forgot to cancel the auto renew subscription. the day it came out I immediately requested a refund and was denied because it's in the t&c. cool sure but also some compassion and flexibility? many, many other subscriptions would still provide a refund... Where was the reminder email that AutoPayment is coming out like other companies do?

I really like this app. It has been very beneficial for training my new puppy. I like the reminders and the timers for training time. One thing I like that I would offer as a change is when you start a new command they tell you how long it really takes to master a command, like Stay takes 200 minutes to really master it. Instead of saying that it is mastered after three training sessions give the badge for consistency, but then show the minutes trained out of the mastery minutes, etc 100/200.
