I just started with this app recently but what I do know is that it offers to start out slow. So, for example they have "5 minute workouts". This is VERY USEFUL to someone like me. They have other option within the app as well so that if someone is more experienced with their workouts they can opt for a longer time frame than 5 minutes. So far this app seems pretty flexible. So, I gave it 5 stars.

I'm not a yoga person, but this app has made working on my flexibility and balance easy and enjoyable. I'm learning that mobility is often overlooked in pursuit of strength and size, but that can prevent you from using your body to its fullest.

My sports medicine doctor said I need to increase my core strength. This is the only thing that gets me to work on it. Soothing voice and music, adjustable difficulty and mild gamification to keep your streak going.
