It's a decent app, especially for learning kanji and vocab. My only criticism is that they don't offer a membership option that goes month to month, you are forced to choose between a 1 year or 3 year membership plan, shelling out more upfront cash. I would actually subscribe if there were an option with less of an upfront cost, but due to the restrictive subscription model, unfprtunately I wont be subscribing.

Much improved over past year. Very helpful for vocab and learning kanji. The kanji context is excellent. Conversations need improvement - synching speech fails badly. Crashes loading N4 minna no Nihongo lesson list. Some bugs in review sessions. No way to give immediate feedback in context. Feedback/contact from settings can't be used, won't load. In review, when I don't remember new kanji yet, I'd like to be shown the grey outline to do, not just moved on without help.

It keeps loading on "choose your courses" and somehing keep went wrong. I've checked my internet speed and it's going fine. And whenever I click contact support it directly go to facebook which I don't use. Can you please help me fix this or some solution that might help? Will change the review once I can use the app properly. Thanks
