Best language that I have used. Reducing to four stars as the app is often slow. Looking up a word shouldn't require 5-10 seconds of loading and chat responses take a while for the app to analyze (although the feedback provided is good). The speech recognition could be a little better, and some lessons need more guidance to assist us who are learning.

I tried the free 7-day trial. I accidentally used up all my instructor selection swipes and was informed by the app I had to wait 14+ hours to get more swipes. The issue here is that you can't do any of the services without selecting instructors. I tried again later to select instructors, and the time to wait increased to 28+ hours. I had to cancel my trial in the app store settings to not get billed the $80 I was willing to pay for the service which was highly regarded. Quite predatory...

Hi, this is not intended, more likely a bug. In our latest version we changed the limit to 20, the idea is that you'll match with a character and start practicing, and not be overwhelmed from the selection. Chats should also be available in other learning paths, without swipe limits. Sorry for your experience

Excellent, but in need of polishing. There's quite frequent issues (arbitrary 'wrong' answers, off topic answers) and a lot of clutter/annoying distractions, BUT I would forgive this app for A LOT because of how useful it is for spoken dynamic language opportunities. It's so useful to get questions, responses, and feedback. Really appreciate the app, I'll probably continue after me free trial!
