The game has been freezing on me. I'm playing the new Cheshire Cat's Winter Fair mini game and the Cheshire Cat won't exchange my merge items when I click on him. I try clearing cache and closing the app, but nothing work and i don't want to uninstall the game b/c I will loose everything. I've been playing this game for a couple of years now. Not sure what to do.

Love the game, not so much the customer service, I started having problems with one of the side quests, tapping didn't work and I couldnt progress, asked customer service for help and they told me you need to tap on the items to move forward! A 5 years old would know how to tap and play a phone game and the second time I reached out, they told me to update the game but there hasn't been any updates available during the time of this event and it's ending today to no avail.

Great, addictive game. However, after paying into the game a great deal, the side quest part refuses to swap items so I lost investment and it's refusing me to complete the quest. The last time I tried to reinstall, but lost everything! So, I am not doing that again. But what about being frozen now on the side quest? Update: After explaining the situation to support the game was fixed and compensation received. I definitely am pleased, satisfied, and most importantly, I trust this game! 😊
