How can such a great product have such a horrible app?? It's so clunky and glitchy. When I saw there was an update, I got excited that maybe it would be less glitchy. After the most recent update, the app failed to open so I had to reinstalled it. After reinstalling, I have to reconnect the machine to my phone via Bluetooth and it just keeps searching, can't find anything. This is crazyyyyy. Why am I unable to use my machine? Fix your app, cricut.

Would give this 0 stars if I possibly could! ---------- Constantly changing, constantly crashing, constantly annoying! ---------- Guess I'll have to go back to the 2 hour updates for the PC version and use that! You couldn't even honour the warranty on our broken machine so I don't think I'll bother *trying* for assistance again!

When I got it, I was able to connect with my laptop, via the USB cable, then I had to move it to a different room, now it won't connect to it with the cord or blue tooth !!! I am really mad! Not the real word I want to use. What is going on? I am definitely not keeping the app when the 30 day free trial is up, if they don't help me with this problem I am sending the whole thing back!!!! Too much money, to not be able to use it!!!!
