Easy part: coupling the app. But sending a message is a disaster. While carefully typing a message into the app, it suddenly interrupts me by asking for my PIN. Once given, my draft message seems lost. Useless this way. Also: I cannot find any way to provide feedback or get human support (so, I'll give ut here). The chatbot chokes after answering a few of its questions.

Thank you for your message. At the moment, the app doesn't register typing, so at one point it will log out because of safety meassures. We're aware of this problem and are working on a solution, we're sorry for any inconvenience. Typing a long message might be done easier on MijnGezondheid.net

useless garbage that works less than 50% of the time and causes a lot of frustration. When it works, it's missing information.

Beste Thomas Nieuwenhuizen. Bedankt voor uw review en wat vervelend om te horen dat u niet tevreden bent. Wat er getoond wordt in de app is afhankelijk van de instellingen van uw zorgverlener. Wanneer u informatie mist, kunt u dus het beste contact opnemen met uw zorgverlener.

Since latest update (version 9.1.0), application is duplicated (icon is two times visible). Tested it also on a brand new phone, issue is the same. The cause is related to the application, it would be great if this could be fixed, it is annoying. Thanks for fixing the issue with version 9.1.1.
