For some reason, the app uses the ringtone volume on your phone to play music when a driver is assigned to your ride request. It should only use the notification volume to make sounds as it is not a phone-calling app. I have set all notifications from the app to be silent, but it still makes noise, which is something I cannot allow on my phone. Please fix it to use the notification volume like all non-phone apps are required to do

Lyft 'corrected' my destination multiple times, and now I'm stuck going to the wrong airport terminal. To fix this, they want to charge me the price of a second ride. I've been trying to contact Lyft for 20 minutes, but there is no ability to do that. I called, a robot told me to chat in the app and hung up. The chat in the app does not work. It seems Lyft cannot possibly imagine that their app could cause a problem.

Super easy to use app. Wait times are never more then 10 mins and it shows you not only the drivers info but also the vehicle type and descriptions. And the prices are lower then uber as well as any taxi company. Has option to pay with credit card or debit and google pay or even cash. And with the app you can track where the drivers are and how long the trip will take. Very useful app highly recommend it.
