I am extremely disappointed with WhatsApp Business. Despite all the hype, the app is far from user-friendly and lacks essential features. It’s difficult to manage multiple conversations, and the automation tools are clunky at best. The message templates often fail to send correctly, which causes a lot of frustration. The app also frequently crashes, making it unreliable for business use. On top of that, customer support is virtually non-existent, and I had no luck getting help for any of my iss

The new Gallery UI (image attachment UI ) is slow and unresponsive. Extra steps are required, including selecting a dropdown to view folders, which doesn't show all folders. Editing and adding captions is cumbersome, and typing captions first,before selecting images/video and sending without tapping the edit button first, send the image without the caption and deletes the caption. This new process is a hassle. The old Gallery UI was better and faster, and honestly, you didn't have to change it

• Sharing multiple images and videos now sends as a collection.
• You can now share sticker packs as a message in your chats. Tap the three dot menu next to a pack and choose ‘Send’ to get started.
