It's great that the game has no ads or microtransactions, but there are too few decision points, especially regarding refusing intimacy. I had to choose between 2 npcs I don't like to dance, no option to refuse, and then was automatically put into an intimate scene with the one I chose with no option to say no until partway into the scene. The writing assumes I consented to an intimate situation. The writing needs some work, especially in scenes involving intimacy.

It's okay. I like the story but the game is not great at handling they/them pronouns. Multiple grammar errors in the script because they didn't write the dialogue to account for they/them at ALL. really disappointing to see, I was excited about the nonbinary inclusion :(

For fans of Too Hot to Handle, namely those who are trying to apply to appear on the show, Love Is a Game is a great digital means by which to hone their flirting and relationship building skills! I've played the game several times while aggressively trying to apply to appear on the program, and I for one thoroughly enjoy it. I have my avatar continue to fall for the same girl every time I play it, and if one wants a solid relationship with someone too, you gotta practice that with this game....
