This app is very good. It's great to have the option of Audiobooks and Books to read. Even choosing the voices is fabulous. The selection of books is also brilliant and the cost to subscribe is good value. My only issue at the moment is I cannot get the app to consistently play the next chapters in an audiobook without having to tap my phone. This is with the auto-play selected. So I can't listen continuously while driving.

Edited again: It looks like they finally took advice & came up with a membership. They still have it where the points needed to unlock chapters go up considerably as you unlock new ones. That still feels skeevy to me. It quickly turns into 20 points each chapter. It's basically only worth it to get the subscription (that you have to pay yearly, upfront), which is probably the point. Stories are pretty good, so I think it's worth it, but only for the sub.

The stories are better quality than some other apps I've tried. However, this app is very expensive and definitely needs more ways to earn rather than buy points. There's not even an ad watching option for it. And daily check-in, you only get 1 point when you need 10 per chapter. It's really disheartening bc some of us don't have $70 to spend on a subscription or $10.99 to get most of the way through a book and have to stop.
