Wild Castle: Tower Defense TD

Fun game but a ripoff. You get gold rewards for each level you progress if you watch a video. However, once you purchase "no ads" (FOR $11.99!), these rewards come and go. If you go to auto-play, you don't get any until it's done... even if you go 50 levels. Customer service is blunt, and it feels like you're wasting their time if you reach out. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF MONEY TO BLOW. PAY TO WIN 100%. Oh, and no gold over time when you aren't playing.

First I want to say that after playing this game for 2 to 3 years it has been fun. update has brought some new features to the game but unfortunately you have to restart at level 1. lose almost 3 years of progress if I want to use the new features. Also for some reason they took away 20% of my tower damage and increase the cost to upgrade those towers by 200%. Update - I just found out that the legendary heroes, which are earned through special events, can no longer be used in your home castle.

The game is fun and it is nice that they don't shove ads down your throat. However, after sinking a decent amount of time into the event, I learned you cannot win the big rewards for free, only through paying. Most games just make it really difficult, but possible to get them for free, or the paid version gets an upgrade. Sadly this game is pure pay-to-win for the good stuff. Without it, it is a slow grind that is really just spinning your wheels. Will be uninstalling.
