About this app

eufy Clean - Live Well. Live Smart. Control your Eufy smart home devices from anywhere.

You can also share Eufy smart home devices with family members, so everyone can set their own personal preferences for each device.

How to use eufy Clean:

- Registering your account: After downloading the app, create and register an account with your Email address. (Or directly log in with your EufyLife account)

- Adding devices: Open the eufy Clean app and follow the intuitive setup procedure to pair new devices with your smartphone. If a device has already been setup by another family member, you can request control access to operate that device from that family member.

- Using devices: After successfully pairing the new device, it will show up in the device list. Simply tap the icon you wish to use and start enjoying the Eufy smart home experience.

11-29-2024 (updated after two software updates since 10-10-2024 purchase): I've got 4 floors, this thing only supports 3 maps. For as expensive of equipment this is, this feels like a huge oversight. Considering returning this product at this time. Would appreciate a flag on the maps to let it know there's no base on that floor (Eufy S1 Pro). Would save us from a lot of grief. Still really frustrated.

The app is pretty decent. There is one area that I was able to separate when I had my first unit, but for whatever reason, I am unable to do the same after the newest unit has mapped the house. The 60L unit itself is great for household without pets but if you have a long hair pet, I find the the roller brush design suffers fairly easily to damage from friction caused by long hair buildup if the brush itself is not cleaned after every run; the side fittings warping from heat.

Have been using the eufy lumos white bulb for a few years and all of a sudden it doesn't work with google home anymore? It lost the ability to be controlled by voice etc. Google simply says it is offline. Removed and resetup the bulb but google home now says it cannot find a compatible device on this app. So frustrating. I suppose it's time to replace with a different product? Update: thanks for the response. The bulb has worked in this spot for years and the signal strength is great.
