I used to absolutely love the app. However, with the last few updates, it no longer works on my phone (android). Every time I open it, I get an error message that says "Failed to start the app" with a retry button. Unfortunately, every time I hit retry, the same error box pops up. I prefer uploading all my images from my phone, so this really has stopped me from using it all together. It really stinks to pay monthly on something that never works. All this to say, the app isn't android friendly.

Hi Alisha, We apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing during the app launch. Could you please try re-launching the app after clearing the 'App data' from settings? Here’s how: Go to Settings>Select Apps>Choose the App>Go to Storage>Clear Data Let us know if you still face issues after this.Thank you.

Makes crafting super easy, when I think of an idea.I can quickly put it on the canvas before I forget. The only complaint I have is that the canvas is a little bit tricky when you are getting technical with designs, but it's easier on the laptop versus a phone. It's hard for me to resize / select images and layering them on the canvas. And i wish it would keep me logged in. Besides that, i like how most of the features are available on the phone app as well.

Every time I go to make something, it takes me through all the steps... Choose vinyl, load vinyl, etc. I hit the button on the machine to start the cut, and then it tells me to "unload" because the cut is "complete" but it didn't even start the cut. I then have to start all over choosing my type of vinyl, loading it and starting the cut until it actually starts cutting. It's a pain and makes me dread having to use it. It wasn't always like this which tells me something is wrong with this app.
