Mixed feelings about it. I am extremely glad I got coins on discount, but claws are flawed. Shipping can add up quickly, especially on the size/weight of the prize. I am happy with my wins and purchase (I do not have them in hand yet) but I feel like I got my worth for the money I spend. I think I am just an in-person claw player. I have tried multiple claw apps, and they all are okay, expensive, and overall outdated figures you can find on eBay or discount stores like Ross dress for less.

Don't get me wrong, this game is great with some fun prizes. I've won tons of great things over the last few months all except three have been received. Games issues are galore. Coin machines and claw machines malfunction a lot. If your machine malfunctions, you have to contact maintenance that may fix it. They don't offer any reimbursements for lost coins or prizes. Game is addictive, but with shipping costs and terrible customer service it's not worth it anymore.

A legitimate scam. I had the same experience as others- If you win too much, the claw stops closing. I don't mean it closes too lightly or drops prizes, I mean literally: The claw goes down fully open, does not close at all, then goes up still fully open. You can watch other people play the same game and the claw closes, but when you try to play, it no longer will. It's not a glitch or an accident, its targeted to your account specifically. You cannot win if they don't want you to win any more.
